I maintain web sites. Prices are as follows per Web Site:

$50 a month unlimited updates

$30 a month for 21 to 40 updates

$15 a month for 11 to 20 updates

$7.50 a month for 6 to 10 updates

$3.75 a month for up to 5 updates

I charge per month as long as I have a request to update something on the site from you. If you want me to maintain your site for a half a year or more I have discounted rates for that.
